Mount Pleasant Builder Remodel

Mount Pleasant Builder Remodel -

Sea Island Builders began a complete transformation of an 1954 built home located in the North Point neighborhood in Mount Pleasant. This old home had been shottily added onto by a previous builder. The interior color scheme and finishes were lackluster. Working together with an interior design and the owner, a master plan was created. The kitchen was transformed with new countertops, a new paint job, a stainless steel farm sink, new appliances, and a newly built pantry.

Here are a few before photos...we will post the after photos soon.

As for the rest of the home, the floors were refinished throughout. A pocket door was added for the powder room and built in cabinet installed to maximize the use of the space in this room. A tankless gas Rinnai water heater was installed along with a bamboo privacy fence with accompanying gateway arch to match one that the owner did not want to leave behind with the new move. Talk about all the touches of home!

The master bathroom is completely equipped with a slate tile floor, a frameless glass walk-in shower with a rain head and handheld body spray. A corner seat is crafted into the corner with marble tile throughout the shower. With a brand new color scheme for this home and addition of a home office and screened in porch, this home is truly a place the owner can now confortably call home. The solid bamboo flooring installed throughout the master bedroom and study sport a durable finish and add a nice green touch to the home.

Pictures will be available >>HERE<< soon. Look for the North Point Project.

This project took 3 months to complete and that includes working throughout Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year holidays. This owner certainly got everything she wanted, why not you?
