Sea Island Builders, a Sullivans Island based home builder, was approached by Lexington Home Furnishings brand, about shooting their prestigious 2012 furniture line in the home built at 2001 Waterway Blvd. on the Isle of Palms, SC. This spacious home features amazing woodwork from the reverse-batten walls lining the entertainment room on the second floor ( see pics at http://www.seaislandbuilders.com/waterway-house-gallery.html ) to the ship lap that is meticulously put together to form a one-of-a-kind mother in law suite above the garage. The multiple fireplaces on the first and second story of the home create warmth in every sense of the word. The outdoor screened in porch with its unique radius built walls and V-groove cedar ceiling accented with just a simple clear coat finish is one of Lexington's favorite locations in the home to shoot from. This home looks amazing from every angle, which is something that most homes cannot boast.

Everything from the color scheme to the matching walnut bar top and floors are thought out and constructed to perfection.
