Our long-distance clients spent many summer vacations on the various islands of South Carolina: Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Wild Dunes and the Isle of Palms. When the time came for them to build a vacation home, they selected a piece of property on the Isle of Palms. They loved the weather, proximity to heath care, air travel, cultural events and fine restaurants. The Isle of Palms property checked all of those boxes.

They selected Sea Island Builders to both design and build their custom dream home. Through the use of advanced technology, we were able to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the design-build process, thus allowing them to be actively involved and fully informed during the planning phase, despite living 700 miles away. Our clients selected beautiful custom accents, including white oak flooring, coffered ceilings with beautiful wood accents, a separate office space, an open floor plan for easy entertaining, a beautiful screened in porch overlooking a serene swimming pool, and of course, plenty of bedrooms for their visiting grandchildren. The colorful decor reflects the client's bright and sunny personalities. Our clients are thrilled that we delivered their project on schedule and within budget.
