The exterior of the home is clad with NuCedar shake siding and Boral trim. A cast in place concrete stair and front porch allow stone pavers to be run up the stair, onto the porch, and into the entry foyer of the home which creates a great approach and seamless flow. You are immediately welcomed by radiant light and an amazing experience upon entering the home. A 24' wide and 9' tall impact rated Eurowall system provides an unobstructed view of the maritime forest and Atlantic Ocean. Stepping into the living room, the balanced and symmetry of this open floor plan come into focus - the family room and kitchen share matching v-groove wooden ceilings and beam details. The entry foyer ceiling is clad in whitewashed v-groove white oak with white oak beams crossing the ceiling, impeccably crafted, from which foyer lanterns hang from the center points. The craftsmanship of this home is unrivaled - from the woodwork and trim, to the full custom-built cabinetry and tile. The radiused stair leads you upstairs to the master living level - the master suite has a sitting room with coffee bar, private laundry, a retractable 70" dropdown TV recessed into the ceiling to not obscure the view through the large Anderson picture window at the foot of the bed, a steam shower equipped with a glass pocket door and a quick dry, self-drying shower system from Airmada that dries the shower walls and shower door after each use. The roof is cedar shake with copper flashing and copper gutters. The ground level features an outdoor fireplace, wooden v-groove ceilings, a water feature, wet bar, and an amazing in ground pool with stepping stones that serve as the delineation between the spa and pool and lead straight to the beach!
