Middle Street, Sullivan's Island

Nestled beneath massive oak trees, this home earned its nickname “The Tree House” as it was purposefully designed to fit in between the trees with minimal impact to its natural surroundings. This 1990’s built wood-framed residence underwent a complete renovation of all interior spaces, including replacing all windows with Marvin impact windows and Anderson impact doors; a new roof, kitchen, bathrooms, adding dormers, covered porches, subfloor and floors; and a 2200 square foot heated addition. A striking custom mahogany front door was installed along with a set of antique french doors which were restored and repurposed and moved from outside to inside the home. The shiplap walnut accent wall in the living room serves as a hiding place for the flat screen tv which sits behind a famous piece of art, provided by the client.
