Breaking Ground on a New Custom Home for Texas Lonestar turned South Carolina Lowcountry Clients

We love creating special moments for our clients. Whether it's a groundbreaking celebration to commemorate the start of construction on a new custom home or beautiful flower arrangements to greet clients at their home upon completion, Sea Island Builders consistently strives to provide an unrivaled building experience for each of our clients. Relocating from the Lonestar state of Texas to the Lowcountry of South Carolina, our clients were thrilled to find their dream property located oceanfront on Sullivan's Island. The existing home on the property didn't fit their needs, so after working closely with Sea Island Builders architect Anita King, they collaborated on a beautiful design-build project culminating in a stunning custom oceanfront home design.

To celebrate the start of their project, we held a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the start of this exciting journey. As a special treat, we arranged to begin demolition so the clients could watch in real time the old home being torn down to make way for their new dream home.
