Isle of Palms Remodel - Under budget and on time

We met with Jeff and Jason and immediately felt comfortable with their professionalism and attitude toward our project.

We told them what we wanted to do, our budget and timeframe.  They worked with us and gave us suggestions to consider.

After receiving their preliminary estimate, we gave them the OK to proceed and signed a contract.

From that point on, Jason spent the majority of time with us giving us a timeline of actions that needed to be completed to meet our objectives.  We wanted the work to be done when we were on extended vacation, so everything had to be ordered and finalized before we left.  When we fell behind on selecting items (backsplash, appliances,  etc.), Jason stayed on top of us.

We felt perfectly comfortable with providing them and their workers access to our home even though we were not there.

Work began on the date planned, was finished when planned and was under budget (other than an upgrade we wanted for the countertop).  Jason sent us pictures of the work as it progressed which was able to keep us up to date and make decisions for a few unforeseen items that came up when they removed the old cabinets and the old soffit.
