Custom Home on The Isle of Palms

Sea Island Builders recently completed this beautiful 3400SF custom home on the Isle of Palms, SC located on Hamlin Creek. This is beautifully crafted home was brought in for $240 per square foot (heated) making it an amazing value. Add in another 900 SF of covered porches and you're really looking at under $200/SF for this home. Some of the features include HardiPlank lap siding, cypress tongue and groove porch ceilings, and Azek deck and rails for all the porches. Azek is an amazing composite product that looks much like wood. The advantages are that it does not weather, warp, or rot, and it will never have to be repainted. This means very little maintanence for the owner! This new custom home was built and the owner's moved in less than 10 months. Sea Island Builders broke ground on Feb. 10th and the owner's were able to spend Christmas in their beautiful new home. Prior to construction, another house was on the lot. This house was moved and donated to a good cause. Contact Sea Island Builders if we can be of any assistance to you. Sea Island Builders builds custom homes on Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant, downtown Charleston, as well as Kiawah and Seabrook.  The Sea Island Builder's promise - we bring our signature quality and customer service to every job.
