This Mount Pleasant bathroom remodel was completed by Sea Island Builders in just 2.5 months with the owner living at home during the process. Extra caution was taken to protect the floor and confine the dust to the construction area of the home. The project began with no drawings and plans. Sea Island Builders worked with the client to determine their budget and set the scope of the work based on their budget. The largest lead item in this bathroom remodel was the cabinetry. The owners and Sea Island Builders worked with a local Mount Pleasant cabinet company to make drawings based on what the new dimensions of the space would be. These drawings served as the central focus for this bathroom remodel. The rest of the room began to take shape. One main goal for the client was to have a glassless shower with no door. The lay out of the shower head and handheld as well as wall framing met this goal. This Mount Pleasant bathroom remodel was completed within 2% of the initial budget going in and was also completed on time. The owners proudly stated "We would certainly use Sea Island Builders again for a personal project and will be sure to recommend [Sea Island Builders] to any of our friends". The additional scope of this project included expanding the master closet, adding two piece crown to the main bedroom, and refinishing the floors throughout the master suite. The most time instensive portion of this Mount Pleasant bathroom remodel was the tile layout and design. Everything had to be carefully coordinated to ensure that all the small details worked out perfectly.
