One of the most exciting instances we encounter is when people stop by our office and want to build a Sullivans Island Custom Home. A young couple, full of excitement walks through the front door. They look a little giddy as they enter and relate: "Hi, I'm so and so and this is my wife...we want to build a custom home on Sullivan's Island and we love the house you did on the tip of the island...where do we get started?"

This is always fun. We love to sit down with the clients and have a good conversation. This is the first step in the Sea Island Builders process. Getting to know our clients and establishing a connection is paramount in our building process. It is through building trust that open communication and ideas flow freely on a project. We take our clients to visit architects with whom we see a good fit for their project. We spend hours working with our clients and the architect, so that as a team, we may engineer a custom home to be built in the best most cost efficient way for our clients without sacrificing any of the conveniences and luxuries that they hold paramount.
